Inspired by the course,“Women In Art,” taught by Professor Lucy Gans, this video podcast series will highlight different women artists at Lehigh University. Faculty members in the Art, Architecture, and Design Department will be interviewed and given the chance to share their experiences as women artists. This video podcast series will reflect on the experiences of women artists throughout history and provide a platform for modern women artists to share their experiences. In this episode, Professor Deirdre Murphy will share her experience as a woman artist, educator, and mother.
